Scope & delivery
Repeat-unit package for a new residential development: fitted kitchens, wardrobes, internal doors and bathroom furniture for 96 apartments across three buildings. Production was scheduled against the general contractor's floor-by-floor handover plan, with a sample apartment approved before series production and installation teams rotating between cores.
