Scope & delivery
Complete MEP coordination and installation package for a multi-unit building: manifolded water distribution with copper and insulated pipework, sanitary rough-in with wall-hung frames and drainage, exposed and finished ceiling services including ductwork and cable management, and a fully commissioned utility plant room with boilers, expansion vessels and hydraulic separation. NORVETA coordinated the selected MEP partners, installation sequencing, pressure testing and handover documentation.
